Selected submission – publication

The submitted manuscripts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee and the authors will be notified by March 15 of the outcome of the evaluation. The manuscripts that will be selected as oral or poster presentations will be published in hard copy at the conference proceedings (abstracts). Full papers will be published in book format e-proceedings with a separate ISBN number. Details for the full paper preparation will be given to authors after notification of paper acceptance. The organizing committee is in contact with international scientific journals and selected articles from the conference proceedings will be published in special issues after they are reviewed. The conference participants will be informed regarding these issues via e-mail. Authors interested in having their paper published in the special issues of international journals can submit their manuscript at the conference, or within two months afterwards. The format should follow the instructions to authors for the respective journals, while all submitted manuscripts will be subject to peer review through the normal refereeing process and, if accepted, they will be published in the journal.
